Charity Football Event for Ashok & Misal
Wednesday 18. of January 2012
On Sunday the 15th January, No.1 held its annual Charity Football event, which is aimed at raising money to suuport the education of two boys in Nepal: Ashok and Misael.
Despite the bitter weather and the thin layer of ice covering the Astroturf, the House enjoyed a sunny afternoon filled with the enthusiasm and mutual encouragement of all the boys, as well as the suspense of the Football matches. The tasty barbecue and hot soup kept our morale high, and a wonderful sunset provided the backdrop to the staff versus pupils match: a perfect ending to a great and friendship-building day.
