Schools Competition Act Settlement Trust
Following the investigation by the Office of Fair Trading into the sharing of fee information during 2005, some 50 independent schools in the UK agreed to make ex-gratia payments totalling £3 million into a trust designed to benefit pupils who attended the schools during the period in respect of which the fee information was shared. The Trust, which is independent of both the schools and the OFT, makes awards for Higher/Further education.
To be eligible, you must have been at the College after 15th September 2001, and six years must have elapsed from the date when you first attended the school.
